Hotel Alpes & Lac - Neuchatel

I had a fantastic two-night stay with a amazing view from my room! The spacious room with a balcony was spotless, but slightly smaller than expected. Breakfast was varied and tasty, especially loved the local delicacies!

Unbeatable location for our needs, close to the city centre, and a chinese restaurant. Excellent food in the outdoor restaurant in the vicinity.

The raw fish at Restaurant Alpes et Lac was an absolute delight, and I loved the local vibes at nearby eateries like Antidote Lounge Bar. Plus, the room had a fine view of the lake!

While the charm of this place is undeniable, I missed some English-speaking channels compared to other spots in Switzerland-though it didn't dampen my experience much.

Pleasant and comfortable hotel with a PLEASANT staff and an outdoor bar. Overall marvellous and lovely location close to the lake and the mountains, the railway station and the city center. Nearby Antidote Lounge Bar - great place to chill out.

I stayed here for price and convinience. The hotel is close to the trainstation and has the best terrace view in Neuchatel of the Alps and the town

Breakfast costs hefty at SFr18 with no hot foods on the buffet, leaving one feeling underwhelmed. The lack of air conditioning means rooms can become uncomfortably warm on hot days, especially if you have to keep windows closed to avoid mosquitoes. My experience in room 209 was also disrupted by the noisy vending machine located nearby.

Location, and amazing view from the lake-side rooms! Also excellent breakfast on balcony overlooking lake, beautiful. Very clean rooms, free wi-fi.

airy and huge room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. toast, cereals and cheese served in the morning. location very close to the train station from the town and lake level, the lake, restaurants, and shops.

great views but limited dining options

The suite we stayed in had an very nice lake view that enhanced our experience. Breakfast on the sunny terrace overlooking the water was a good start to our day. The location was excellent for exploring the nearby attractions, especially the traditional Fest'Neuch festival.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Thank you and I will stay in your hotel again, as well as recommend it to my friends and family.

This hotel is right opposite the main train station at Neuchatel and very convenient for travel. Surprisingly it is quiet and also has great views over the lake. Hotel staff are really kind and helpful. We had a most pleasant stay, thank you!

The hotel is right across from the train station. We enjoyed the fine lake views from our room, especially being able to visit nearby museums for free. Hiking in the beautiful landscapes and checking out the funicular added to our adventure. The staff were helpful, and our room wasnice and neat.

One minor issue was the shower setup. It didn't have a curtain, so the bathroom would get wet after each use, a bit inconvenient.
